I had a highly satisfactory experience with Auto House. They demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail in handling my prized possession. Their organizational skills were commendable. I previously owned a 2014 SSV Commodore with an impressive 600 horsepower, but circumstances necessitated its sale.
From inquiry to hand over on pick up, Maz made the process easy and fluid. Excellent additions like trickle charge for the duration of storage, tyre pressure checks, and a clean and tidy vehicle delivery upon handover just topped off an awesome experience. Thank you to Maz and the team at Autohouse for looking after my Fairlane these past 2 years. Nothing was ever an issue to get the car out when I asked and also at times to get it serviced.
Maz and the guys were great to deal with when I stored my Aston Martin with them for a few months. Really easy to deal with by email and phone, they were more than happy to oblige when I apologetically asked to get my car out on shorter notice than their T&Cs say, and the car was always sitting there ready to go quickly when I got there, and easy to drop back off.I'll very gladly return and recommend to others.
Service was fast and thorough all the way through the process. Regular updates were communicated during the 3 month storage period. Collection was seamless and driving away with peace of mind in batteries and tyres after long term storage was a great feeling. Maz and the team do a wonderful job, can't rate them highly enough.

Great facility - have my motorbike stored there, where it’s kept inside, under a cover, on a trickle charger. Never an issue getting access to the bike or dropping it back - the staff are more than accommodating. They’ve even had the bike washed for me on occasions which is a great service
This is the second time I've stored my Prado with Autohouse, and I'm still as impressed with their services as I was the first time! Maz is wonderful to communicate with. They didn't have undercover when I dropped the car off, but I was able to move it inside later on and they organised to clean my car for me before going into their warehouse. I was really impressed with how clean the Prado was 6 months after storage! Can definitely recommend these guys and they are reasonably priced considering how expensive other car storage places are.

Fantastic service. Can't fault them at all. Had my MR2 stored for almost a year. Drove out like it drove in. Wouldn't store my vehicle anywhere else
I had my car placed into their trust for four month from May to September. When I dropped the car off it was raining heavily and I left the car in the common carpark. They promised to put the supplied, waterproof cover over the car once it was parked properly and the rain stopped.When I picked it up four months later, I found out the car cover had not been put on. The cavity for the spare tire in the boot was full of water and the boot and back seat and floor were soaking wet.Upon checking the car seals etc. everything was found intact. The only explanation is that they opened the boot and did not close it properly. And by not covering the car with the supplied cover, water leaked into the car during the very wet four month.I wrote them e-mails stating the facts. To this day, I have not received even an attempt at an apology.Do NOT leave your car with them. They cannot be trusted.Would give 0 star if there was an option for it.

Highly recommended this place for storing your pride and joy. My old muscle car has never left my sight. But when we needed to build a new home we had to put her into storage. Lachlan and the team took great care of her. They put a car cover over every car and put a charge on the battery. They have it ready for you when you come to pick it up. I would happily take my car or anything I needed to be stored in a safe and very secure site. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having closed my Motorsport Museum, I needed somewhere to securely store artwork, historic photographs, 1,000+diecast models, Supercar Panels, trophies and much much more. I approached Lauchlan and he agreed a price on the use of their Boardroom for a 3 month extendable term. In the end I was there for well over 12 months with an unknown end date, so flexibility was the need. Lauchlan and Timm provided above and beyond assistance over my tenure for which I am sincerely grateful. I had my 1980 mk2 Escort stored here for over a year. For the price it was great value and I was never worried about security as there were million $ cars in there as well. It was simple to access my car and the guys even stayed late one day when I was delayed on the return. Highly recommended.

My car needed to be stored waiting for restoration to begin. I needed to store it in a safe place out of the elements. This is where Autohouse came in. Lachlan and Timm are friendly and great to deal with. I had stored my 65 Impala onsite for 6 months. The car was well looked after whilst there and they ensured all tyre pressures where kept, battery charged etc.Communication was easy if I needed to pick up or return my car, Lachlan and Timm were very accommodating.Would recommend if you have any short or long term storage for your car!

Short term storage for my car at Autohouse storage was very easy to organise with Lachlan. They were very professional and well organised and looked after my car as if it was their own.
