This is the second time I've stored my Prado with Autohouse, and I'm still as impressed with their services as I was the first time! Maz is wonderful to communicate with. They didn't have undercover when I dropped the car off, but I was able to move it inside later on and they organised to clean my car for me before going into their warehouse. I was really impressed with how clean the Prado was 6 months after storage! Can definitely recommend these guys and they are reasonably priced considering how expensive other car storage places are.

I had my car placed into their trust for four month from May to September. When I dropped the car off it was raining heavily and I left the car in the common carpark. They promised to put the supplied, waterproof cover over the car once it was parked properly and the rain stopped.When I picked it up four months later, I found out the car cover had not been put on. The cavity for the spare tire in the boot was full of water and the boot and back seat and floor were soaking wet.Upon checking the car seals etc. everything was found intact. The only explanation is that they opened the boot and did not close it properly. And by not covering the car with the supplied cover, water leaked into the car during the very wet four month.I wrote them e-mails stating the facts. To this day, I have not received even an attempt at an apology.Do NOT leave your car with them. They cannot be trusted.Would give 0 star if there was an option for it.

Highly recommended this place for storing your pride and joy. My old muscle car has never left my sight. But when we needed to build a new home we had to put her into storage. Lachlan and the team took great care of her. They put a car cover over every car and put a charge on the battery. They have it ready for you when you come to pick it up. We are a family-owned and operated business founded on our passion for cars, motorsport, and recreational boating. As motor enthusiasts ourselves, we provide exceptional vehicle storage  facilities and services to our customers at our secure storage site just 14km from Brisbane’s CBD. 

We know what it takes to care for your asset and follow proven storage techniques. Plus, we offer the full spectrum of valet and preventative maintenance services. Our flexible access means you’re able to store and retrieve it as you need it.

Notify your insurance company of the details of your storage arrangement with us. The insurance of your vehicle whilst in storage relies entirely on your own policy!

Drop your vehicle off to us – we take care of all paperwork and payments on the day. Our valet service means you can drop & go with minimal fuss!

QUESTIONS.

Our experienced team has been in the business of providing specialist storage for motorcycles, trucks, cars, jet skis in the Greater Brisbane area and more for a long time. 

As motoring and boating enthusiasts we love nothing more than sharing the knowledge we’ve gained over all those years. Here are the answers to some of the questions we get asked a lot.

You will need to ensure you have adequate insurance cover for your asset while it is in storage with us. Our own insurance policy does not cover our customers items stored at our facility. In an event such as fire, theft, extreme weather event or malicious damage, you’ll need to claim from your own insurance policy to cover any damage or loss.

It is imperative that you notify your insurance company of your storage arrangements with us. Include details such as our address, type of storage (indoor or outdoor), and our security features (back-to-base alarm system, CCTV, bollards etc).

Our minimum storage term is 8 weeks. You are more than welcome to remove your vehicle from storage within that time, however you will still be charged for the full 8 weeks.

We can facilitate drop-offs and collections 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as long as it is arranged at least 24 hours in advance! Call us on (07) 3557 9800 to find out more, or alternatively email us at admin@autohousestorage.com.au.

You can pay via our fully automated direct debit system on a month to month basis. If you wish to have the monthly amount debited from your credit/debit card, that will attract a 2.5% fee.

We do our utmost to offer the best value storage solution for your vehicle without breaking the bank. We offer outstanding service at highly competitive prices and will only very occasionally pass on small price increases when unavoidable.
